How to request a refund
Send an email to asimpleplugin@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address you used when purchasing. We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued your licence key will be deactivated. We trust you to delete the plugin from your system.
Technical issues
If you're having trouble getting the plugin to work, please reach out before requesting a refund — we'd rather help you fix the problem. Contact us at asimpleplugin@gmail.com and we'll do our best to get it working for you.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under Norwegian or EU consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal rights as a consumer.
